This jam started with an extra pineapple. Since Chris always wants a Jam Plan, my curious self thought, well… jam it is. What came out of that moment was a small‑batch, hand‑cut, no‑pectin, rum‑kissed pineapple jam that’s chunky, bright, and full of cozy farmhouse feel — the kind you can spread on a croissant, use as pie filling, spoon over pork chops, or swirl into Cool Whip for the easiest cake filling ever.
