I made this syrup for margaritas on a girls’ weekend — the kind where you laugh too loud and stay up too late. My go‑to mix is ¼ cup tequila, ½ cup strawberry syrup, 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, 2 tablespoons triple sec, and a handful of ice. Shake it and serve over the rocks, or blend it for a frozen treat. And don’t forget to salt the rim.

If margaritas aren’t your jam, this syrup is just as good poured over pancakes. Enjoy.
