Just like the taco sauce, this Tomatiollo Sauce was made for my husband. He loves drizzling taco sauce and tomatillo sauce over his breakfast burritos, so I had to make him a homemade version.
These tomatillos came fresh from Ellie Belly Farm, puréed and simmered low and slow until the flavor turned bright, clean, and perfectly balanced.
Add it to tacos, pour it over enchiladas, or — if you’re like Chris — eat it straight from the jar.
